Choosing the right Epitendinous Suture Design is a matter of personal preference. Its a decision made that aims to achieve a balance between tendon bulk and strength.Dr Chetan Patel either uses a simple locking suture using a 5/0 nylon or 6/o nylon suture depending on the size of the tendon. What is your preference?
